As we begin to settle.
Into the space below us.
Start to shut down the eyes.
And breathe into the body.
Allow yourself to identify.
Fear of intimacy.
Allow yourself to be present.
With this fear.
Bring your hand now to the heart space.
And breathe into the heart.
Asking the heart to show you where this fear of intimacy lives.
Where does this resistance originate?
And just settle into the warmth of the heart.
Sending a beautiful ray of light.
To the center of your heart space.
Allowing this ray of light to assure you.
That nothing will go wrong.
If you open your heart to love.
It is a risk worth taking.
As long as you remain in your center.
No one can steal anything away from you.
You are your own spiritual being.
In your own spiritual body.
And you have endless love to give.
Now come back to this fear.
And notice if it spreads thinner.
Or if it begins to dissipate.
Follow this fear in your body.
And allow it to become.
Practically non-existent.
Just sit with it and be present.
With fear or resistance that arises.
Placing a hand now on the collarbones.
Giving slight pressure to the upper body.
Bringing yourself comfort.
Assuredness I'm bringing the hand down now into the lap.
Place your awareness now on your root chakra.
The base of the tailbone.
In bringing a finger there.
You can allow.
The pelvis to tilt forward and back.
Until you feel that.
Perfect alignment of your spine.
Acknowledge to yourself now,
I am grounded.
And who I am.
No one can steal.
My peace and my center.
I am allowed to love openly and willingly.
I no longer withhold love.
Or fear intimacy.
And as you say these positive affirmations,
Begin to feel this expansion.
That takes over your entire body.
Allow this lightness and brightness.
To emanate through every fiber of your being.
And take your attention now to the third eye.
And say to yourself,
I release fear.
I release fear.
I release fear.
I am intimate.
With everything.
I am open and loving.
Towards all of life.
I no longer struggle to be receptive.
To what my body secretly yearns for.
And just choose an affirmation to beam out the third eye now.
Reiterating this love and acceptance.
And just come back to the body.
Where has this fear gone?
Is it sitting more on the surface?
Has it buried itself deeper?
Notice where it lives.
Be intentional each day to come back to this part of you that fears intimacy.
Until one day,
It no longer lives here.
Take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
.
.
.
Have a beautiful day.
Namaste.
