Get seated in a comfortable position.
You can be sitting or laying down.
And start to breathe in deeply into your belly through your nose.
And breathe out your mouth.
Another big breath into your nose,
Into your belly,
And out of your mouth.
So we're going to sit a minute in this and reflect on the things that we feel are still in our energy and are stuck to our body.
Those things that feel heavy,
Feel energetically,
Not ours.
We're going to recognize them wherever they are.
Are they in your hands?
Are they on your shoulders?
Are they in your stomach?
Where are they?
We're going to take a nice deep breath and find them all out into the belly.
We're going to bring them all with us on the exhale and release them.
Realize where they are and start to use the breath to release them.
All of this energy that is not yours,
All of these responsibilities that you no longer want to hold,
And all of these things you just want to let go.
We set the intention to move forward.
We set the intention to let things go that are not serving us and we move forward.
And we know what's best for us.
So sit with the things that we want to let go.
Sit with them all and take these moments to breathe into them,
To say hello to them,
And to say goodbye to them and let them float away with your exhales.
Continue doing so.
Yourorn ever isn't just me,
It could be that you think about it and that you were Now,
Come back to your body.
Come back to the present moment.
And know that all the releasing,
All the letting go you just did,
Serving you so much,
Has lifted this heavy feeling that you feel in your shoulders,
In your body,
In your energy.
That has been lifted.
You feel lighter and you feel fresh.
And you know that there's new energy to seek.
So remember this meditation in your days and what you've released here.
And keep your boundaries,
Keep your energy secret,
Moving forward.
