Get yourself into a comfortable position and allow your eyes to close.

And begin by really focusing on your breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in easily,

Effortlessly into the lower belly.

And breathing out.

Each breath allowing you to become more relaxed and more comfortable.

Any outside sounds only allow you to go deeper inside.

A reminder of how good it is to leave the noise and the stress of the outside world.

And journey into the quiet and peace of your inner world.

Allow yourself to go deeper into a state of relaxation.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

And really feeling every part of your body released of tension.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

With one more breath in and a long exhale,

You slowly reopen your eyes and return to your day with a connected sense of peace and inner relaxation.
