So,
A lot of us spend time meditating and working on certain things that we want to heal,
Energies we want to let go of.
And one thing I really think is super important that a lot of us don't end up doing is actually protecting ourselves through that.
So I wanted to give you a very simple way to quote unquote bubble yourself,
As I like to call it.
And this is a great tool just to protect yourself anytime you're going into a meditation,
Anytime you're even going out into the public or leaving your house,
And you just want to make sure that your energy is kept sacred and close to your own heart and untouched.
And it's very important to remember to do this when we do meditate because we always just want to keep our aura,
Our energy as crystal clear and clean as possible.
So I'd like for you to close your eyes.
And we're going to take a big breath in through the nose.
And this one we're just going to hold at the top for a few seconds and let it go.
Take another deep breath in through the nose.
Hold it.
And breathe out and let this one go.
Settle into your body.
Now what I'd like you to do is start to picture a beautiful white,
Bright bubble starting to surround your whole body.
Picture it all the way to your feet,
Starting to make its way up to your knees,
Your belly,
Up to your head,
And completely surrounding your body about six inches all the way around.
Now this white bubble,
This clear energy is all light,
All positivity,
And it's all yours.
This is your energy,
Your protected energy.
And when I picture it,
I always picture it vibrating.
It's pulsing with my heartbeat.
It's a part of me.
It's almost like a little cocoon all the way around your body.
Just feel it there for a second.
And know that outside of this bubble,
If anything comes near you,
Tries to break through the shell,
When you put the intention out there that it cannot,
Then it cannot.
So this bubble is you and absolutely nothing else.
No energy,
No words,
No language,
No body language,
No vibes can get through this.
And another great thing to do in this space is to ground yourself.
So this bubble is grounded.
It feels home.
It feels comforting.
It's that backbone that you need to know,
Hey,
I'm supported.
So we can picture if you're laying down from your back,
From the bottom of your spine,
If you're sitting,
Just picture it going straight from the bottom of your spine,
Roots of a tree,
And they're going to be going right down into the ground,
Slowly expanding down into the ground and really making you feel pulled and supported and held by the earth.
And when you're in this space,
Nothing can touch you.
You are here,
You are grounded,
You are protected.
Your intention is to be just that.
And so you will be.
