This meditation is for immediate relief of anxiety. I wanted to create a 'go-to' easy meditation for all meditation levels, that will help those who really need it and need it quickly. We focus on breath and on stillness, to release the mind of clouding thoughts and anxieties.

Get yourself in a comfortable position and begin to breathe in deeply to the lower belly.

Fill it up entirely and exhale that breath out of your mouth.

Breathe in,

Fill the belly entirely and exhale out of your mouth.

Breathe into the belly and exhale and feel every inch of your body glance.

Do it one more time into the belly and exhale fully.

Feel how your body has become weightless.

And we'll do it one more time into the belly filling it entirely and exhale it all out.

Breathe in,

Fill the belly entirely and exhale fully.
