This sound bath was made with 20-second notes for you to hold your pose and 10-second fading notes for your transition into the next pose. As you listen to this sound bath, I will be encouraging you to hold any yoga pose you like for as long as I am playing the singing bowl, and then when you hear me stop playing the note, I will be guiding you to change your pose. With gentle reminders to breathe, this process will be repeated for each not that is played.

Welcome to our guided meditation for yoga.

In this meditation,

Each singing bowl note will be played for 20 seconds for any stretching pose you want to use,

Followed by a 10-second transition into the next pose.

I will be guiding you through each hold with friendly reminders to breathe and to let you know when to transition into the next pose of your choice.

You will also notice the sound of the singing bowls beginning to fade out as another indicator of when to change positions,

And then a new note will be played for the next pose.

You may use a yoga mat or just lie on the floor and we will begin.

You may enter into your first hold.

Feel the stretch in your body,

Breathing through the pull you feel within you.

Gently breathing into your stretch,

And you may relax and transition into the next position.

Feel this stretch,

Gently breathing into any resistance you may be experiencing.

Feeling the pull within your body,

And you may relax and transition into the next pose.

Feel this stretch,

Gently breathing into the pull,

Hold your position,

And you may relax,

Releasing your tension and changing positions.

Breathing into the resistance,

Feeling the pull within your body,

Allowing the oxygen to flow through any resistance,

Feeling the pull happening within you,

Holding your pose.

Changing position.

Observing the sensations of this next pose,

Feeling the stretch while you hold.

And resting as you change your pose.
