We will be expressing our deepest gratitude and respect for the beautiful path of a loving mother.
Please make yourself comfortable and we will begin.

Mothers.
Thank you for the beautiful light you hold in this world.
Thank you for the love you shower unwaveringly to all in your path.
Thank you for life.
We want to hold the same loving space for you and the divine feminine that a mother embodies so beautifully for not only her children,
But also the foundation she holds for the entire family.
Our heart pours with gratitude for you.
Thank you.
Thank you for always holding unconditional love for your family and the endless support you pour into the ones you love.
The compassion you show and the love you hold is deeply seen.
Just listen and breathe for a moment as these vibrations reflect the deep love a mother shares with her children.
Feel the sound in your heart.
You are loved.
You are held in the waves of sound and the way a mother holds her child.
You are appreciated.
You are special.
You are an inspiration.
You are uplifting and compassionate.
The discipline you bring to the family structure is honest and always in the best interests of the ones you love.
Often as children,
We may fail to see the logic or reasoning behind a mother's strict responses and rules,
Though as we grow,
The clear understanding for those choices begins to make more sense with time.
A mother's love is unconditional and incredibly inspirational.
It inspires those around her to live through the heart and to take care of the ones you love selflessly.
We see you and we love you.
I now want you to take some time to visualize an image of your mother in your mind.
Think of what her hair looks like,
Her eyes,
Her smile.
Allow the image of your mother to surface within you.
Now think back to a moment in your life where you felt your mother's love in such a deep way.
Take some time to feel and remember that love in your heart right now.
Remember that moment and allow those feelings to overwhelm your heart and body.
Breathe into that remembrance with soft gentle breaths.
Remember how good it felt.
Open yourself up to the warmth of that love to flow through every ounce of your being,
Completely surrendering to the deep love that was shown to you throughout your life.
Bask in that love and gratitude for a moment.
Breathing in the love.
Remember you were always loved.
Now with that image of your mother still in your mind,
I now want you to imagine a cord of white light pouring out of your heart and flowing straight into your mother's heart,
No matter where she may be right now.
Shower her with your love and appreciation with every heartbeat from your chest.
Imagine all of that light pouring into your mother and filling her with all the love that she has shared with you throughout your life.
Bask in that love and appreciation for a moment as it pours into your mother,
Filling her with life.
Breathe into that love.
Breathe into your heart.
None of us would be here without our mothers.
And what a gift it is that we are here,
Alive and well,
Because this beautiful woman selflessly grew us inside of her and brought us into this experience we call life.
Thank you mothers.
Thank you for life.
Thank you for love.
Thank you for always being there when we need it most.
We love you and we thank you.
