Love: A Guided Heart Chakra Cleanse

Part 4 of our 7-part chakra cleansing series. We will be focusing on our Heart Chakra (note F) located in the middle of your chest. This is your center for unity, love, peace, purity, and innocence. If we feel out of balance in any of these areas, this sound bath is designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and realign this power center.
