Clarity: A Guided 3rd Eye Chakra Cleanse

Part 6 of our 7-part chakra cleansing series. We will be focusing on our Third Eye Chakra (note A), located between the eyebrows. This is your center for wisdom, discernment, imagination, intuition and knowledge. If we feel out of balance in any of these areas, this sound bath is designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and realign this power center. Feel the connection within your mind and focus your attention on your Third Eye, releasing tension in this area. Breath deeply in to the sounds.
