Welcome everybody back to Healing Vibrations.
My name is Travis and today we'll be going through another set of positive affirmations.
We make these affirmations because as humans,
Although we are different,
We are also very similar.
The way we think,
The way we act,
How we feel,
Our emotions,
Everything is the same.
We are just experiencing in different vehicles and as you might be able to hear as we make this video,
The rain and the thunder is pouring outside.
The rumble of the thunder sweeps through my being and sweeps through your being.
The rain is so powerful because it is a cleanser.
I see it as something that washes my spirit clean,
Washes my mind clean,
To purify my being for a new day because water is purifying and cleansing.
So as we go through these affirmations,
May our souls be cleansed,
Our being cleaned,
Our mind purified.
Today,
I will be present.
I will not let my emotions control my actions.
I will not let negativity influence my mind because today the negativity doesn't serve me.
I will go about this day with a positive and clear mindset because this is my day.
It's my opportunity to make my reality what I want it to be.
I will not carry with me the past.
Although it helped bring me to this moment,
All there is is this moment.
So everything prior to this moment I will not carry with me.
From this point on,
I will not allow fear to control my life.
I will not let negativity affect my emotions.
There are no right or wrong decisions because every choice I make is guiding me exactly where I need to be.
Every dead end,
Every closed door are only detours.
They are actually gateways to success.
I will not allow fear and worry to overcome me.
The worry I create comes from nothing.
My thoughts are exactly that,
Thoughts.
What I do with those thoughts is what dictates my reality.
So I will not worry.
I will not worry about anything.
I will let life unfold the way it needs to without judgment,
Without strain,
Without resistance.
I accept all things in my life,
For they made me who I am today.
And for that,
I am grateful.
I deserve relaxation.
I deserve rest.
It is okay for me to sit and do nothing,
To just be.
For I'm a human being,
Not a human doing.
And as I do things all the time and go to work and take care of others,
I deserve time for myself.
Because when I don't give myself that time,
I cannot be present.
If I have stress and worries and doubts,
I cannot be present.
And if I am not present,
Then I am not in the moment.
And right now,
I am in the moment.
Because I deserve time for myself.
Because I work hard.
I love hard.
I take care of my family.
I take care of my friends.
And it is time to take care of myself,
So that I can continue to take care of others.
In this moment,
I choose happiness.
I choose joy.
I choose to be happy because I can.
This moment we are creating together.
And this moment,
We choose to feel good.
I am taking steps.
I am moving forward.
And I am taking better care of my body.
Because when I take care of my body,
I feel good.
And when I feel good,
I am present.
And I share that joy and that happiness in every interaction I make.
Because I feel good.
I am changing the way I eat.
I am putting in food,
Which is fuel,
Into my body that has nutrients,
That has a code,
That has a place in my body.
I will start reducing the junk and the toxic food and the toxic people I allow into my life.
I will take the time and push myself to exercise.
Because when I am active and when I move,
My body feels good.
And when your body feels good,
We have the energy,
The energy we need to handle whatever it is that comes about our way.
Because I am taking care of myself.
I am helpful.
When I see those that need help,
I lend a hand.
I will take time out of my day to help someone so that they may feel good,
So that they may benefit.
And I will spread the kindness like wildfire.
Because all it takes is one candle to light the darkness.
And I am that candle.
I am that light.
And I will help others that need it.
I am wealthy and I am abundant.
I have everything I need.
I will not allow worry about tomorrow,
Worry about yesterday.
I will not let worry take me away from the moment I exist.
Because the worry comes from nowhere.
Most of the things that we worry about never come into fruition.
And when we realize that,
We will spend less time worrying about those and things that we cannot control.
Because I can only control myself.
I can only control my own actions and my own emotions.
I will not let others affect me in a negative way.
If someone comes to me and tries to say something hurtful or saying hurtful things to others,
I will go about it in a better way and see that they are hurting.
Because when we hurt,
We hurt others.
And I will recognize that if someone is being mean to me,
It has nothing to do with me.
And I understand their pain and their suffering.
Because I too have been through pain and I too have suffered.
And because of that I have understanding.
I will not react back.
Gandhi said it best,
An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind.
I will not retaliate hostility with hostility.
I will retaliate with kindness and acceptance and understanding.
Understanding that when we hurt,
We hurt others.
And that those emotions come from a place of suffering.
I see it and I recognize it.
And I give compassion instead.
I will be more understanding,
More aware of emotions coming from others.
And unless they affect me in a positive way,
I will not allow those negative emotions to affect me.
Because I choose what affects me.
I recognize my emotions and I process my emotions so that I can have a healthy mind and a healthy state of being and bring that with me in every moment,
In every interaction.
I give kindness because kindness begets kindness.
When we are kind to each other,
We heal the world.
So today I will be kind and I will be compassionate.
I am understanding and I am forgiving.
I forgive my past because it made me who I am right now.
I forgive everyone who has done wrong to me.
Because I would not be here right now if they hadn't.
I am grateful.
I am grateful for these experiences.
And each moment brings a new lesson.
Bring something new,
Something to learn.
For there's a lesson in every interaction and in every reaction.
I will not reflect negativity onto others because I understand that negativity is toxic.
And I will not choose toxic thoughts.
I will not choose toxic actions because I am taking care of myself.
I am taking care of my body.
I am taking care of my mind.
And I am taking care of my soul.
And when I take care of myself,
Only then can I take care of others.
Because it allows me to show up,
Present,
Ready for anything.
In this moment I am ready for what the world has to bring me.
I am strong.
And my emotions serve me in only positive ways.
I feel my heart and I share my heart with my kindness.
I aspire to growth.
I am always growing and doing my best because my best is always good enough.
Because it's my best.
It doesn't matter if we fail because there is no failure.
There is only learning curves that guide us.
These curves show us how not to do something.
And now we know.
Because if we hadn't made a mistake or failed,
We wouldn't know how not to do something.
Our failure is our best opportunity to shine.
Because with failure comes awareness.
And as we become aware,
We learn.
And as we learn,
We grow.
I am always growing.
I am always progressing in life.
Little by little,
Day by day,
I am making it.
I am making my life what I want it to be by believing in myself.
And by believing in myself,
I can make any world that I want.
I can learn to control my emotions and to not let the chattering monkey in our mind tell us negative things that do nothing to serve us.
I will not listen to the negativity of my mind.
No one and no thing can bring me down because I know my worth.
I am valuable to this world because I am a gift.
My value is based on my value of myself.
And I choose to see myself as the most valuable gem,
The most precious gift,
Because I am.
I know my value and I know my worth.
And I am essential to the world.
I am a gift I am kind.
I am compassionate,
Caring,
And healthy.
I deserve rest and I deserve life.
And with my heart,
I changed this world for the better.
