Join us in this practiceas we bring forth our concentration on breathing and presence. It is easy for our minds to become distracted and occupied by our daily thoughts and responsibilities. This is why we've designed a meditation that will guide you through the process of concentrating on one task at a time. Using breath for focus and singing bowls for relaxation, this episode is sure to increase your attention span and give you the proper tools to stay focused when you need it.

Please come in and take a seat.

Make yourself comfortable.

In this meditation,

We will be using tools to enhance our concentration and focus.

Relax and soften your eyes,

Leaving them in a gentle position.

Take a long breath in.

In Ayahuasca,

You begin observing your breath.

Feel how your stomach moves,

How your chest moves.

As you observe your breath,

Feel how it has already slowed down.

How smooth it's becoming.

Continue observing your breath while you listen to the sound.

Thoughts come,

Return to your breath.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Focusing your awareness on your breath gives you the chance to regulate it,

To slow it down and find your stillness.

Focus on your breathing.

Home breathing allows our body to relax.

So our concentration becomes focused with an untroubled mind.

Continue to watch your breathing.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Feel your breath becoming light and soft.

Easy and clear.

When you focus on your breath,

You are training your mind to concentrate on one task.

Keep your concentration on your breath.

The more you come back to your breath,

The easier it begins to quiet the chatter within your mind.

Slow and steady breathing.

Continue to watch your breath.

No resistance.

Watch your healthy,

Natural breath cycle.

As thoughts appear,

Focus on your breathing.

Breathing in and filling your body with air.

Breathing out recycled air.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Breathe into the frequencies and allow your breath to release the thoughts moving through your mind.

As you focus on your breathing,

Feel as your chest and stomach expand with air and slowly lowering again with every exhale.

Watching your breath distracts your thoughts,

Allowing you to concentrate and focus on one task.

Breath.

Watch your breathing.

In and out.

In and out.

In and out.

Feel as your body expands with every breath,

Filling you with life,

With oxygen.

If your mind begins to wander too far,

That is okay.

Bring your awareness back to your breathing.

There's no need to manipulate our breathing.

Simply observe it as it is.

When you're truly present with yourself,

Your focus can go within.

And this is you focusing on yourself.

Breath is life.

Your concentration on yourself is what heals you.

Your focus is clear because your mind is at peace.

Breath always brings you back to the present.
