As you lie here in Shavasana,
Just be with yourself in this moment,
Embracing the stillness,
The quiet and relaxation,
Noticing the shift that has taken place mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually or physically from today's practice,
And feeling into your own presence,
Into your natural state of being,
Just existing in this space where you feel more centred and connected to yourself and at peace,
Surrender into this moment just as it is,
Giving yourself some time to integrate today's practice,
Honouring whatever came up for you and honouring yourself for showing up to the mat,
Feeling open and receptive to what wants to come to your awareness as you relax a bit deeper into this asana.
You may continue to lie in Shavasana for a bit longer,
Or if you are ready to come up to the end of this practice,
Then you may like to slowly come up into a seated position,
Into easy pose,
And thank yourself for showing up today,
For taking this time just for you,
And go forward feeling more connected to yourself,
Feeling more at peace,
And moving forward with the wisdom that was gained from today's practice.
