Hi everyone it's Harry the Soul Coach and welcome to my meditation experiences.

It's time to go on a solar coaster.

Welcome welcome everyone.

Back again today for another meditation experience and today is called going somewhere else.

So I'm going to invite you to come and join me on this journey and we're going to venture out and see where it does take us.

This meditation requires you to certainly let go of the ego and to use the imagination and the great way to use the imagination is to go back through your memories.

So things that you've seen growing up as a child,

Experiences,

Using creation i.

E.

Films,

Paintings,

Stories,

Anything that can ignite different images.

And when we go on these meditation journeys it's all about you going within.

So I'm going to give you a few props to just get the mind creating rather than thinking and as always is to enjoy this because when we do go into that creative state that means our body goes into flow.

So throughout the experience see if you can catch yourself in the moment without reacting to it.

To acknowledge it and notice how it feels and every time you go back to that place for me that's a reminder I'm back in my place,

My safe space.

So enjoy this everyone.

As always is to know that these meditations are a lot more than just turning up for an hour and sitting through some music with some lovely words.

It transforms every aspect of your life.

These meditations allow you to ask important questions to yourself and in this space it allows you to find the answers that you all have already.

It's to trust in that and throughout these experiences I always ask people to reflect back.

If we can simplify life down to a choice,

Fear or love,

Where is the fear in these meditations?

So you're in the right place it's just then you go and dive in a bit deeper and go somewhere else.

Do an account down from four.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Go.

Close in your eyes.

Bring yourself to this moment.

Bring yourself to this moment.

Go in somewhere else.

Take your attention inside your body.

For our soul to travel somewhere else whilst our mind is present in this moment,

Our body has to be settled.

When the body is calm the mind can go from a warrior to a wanderer.

So let us take our attention inside the body.

Take your attention to your heart centre.

So imagine your heart is at the core of all things.

You in the middle,

The centre.

And with your awareness and your breath,

Breathe through that centre point.

As high as you can take that breath.

Just one breath.

So we're going to repeat that breath again.

And as you let that breath out,

As the awareness falls back through,

Down into the body.

Feel the body relax.

Just one breath.

Notice that feeling.

A hollowness to the body.

The space within the body.

The spirit within the space.

The flow of energy inside your body.

Floating as spirit.

So with this next breath,

You're going to pull it up through the centre,

Up to the crown of the head.

And keeping your attention at the crown of your head.

Just one breath.

Now imagine that thin line at the top of your head.

The inner and outer world.

Your soul within the body and your spirit in the air.

Your soul is your sun.

It's your light.

A light being.

Your light is your energy.

Feel the energy rise.

As if the sun is about to rise.

The sun rise.

Now feel your soul at the highest point on your head.

At the crown.

The sun rises outside the body.

Now with your awareness,

Rise up with your soul.

Imagine a hot air balloon slowly rising above your head.

You notice the calmness of the body.

Allows you to rise up higher and higher.

Connected by spirit.

The light shining down from your soul.

Stillness.

So from the heart to your highest self.

Breathe in the gap.

Just one breath.

Go in somewhere else.

Notice that calmness.

Notice that feeling.

To go to that sacred space.

To be in that sacred space.

What is your sacred space?

Imagine wearing a blind fold.

You have just been taken to this sacred space.

The blinds are closed.

Heightened senses.

A space that feels special.

A place that feels familiar.

A place that feels safe.

A place you feel love.

A place full of energy.

Surrounded by spirit.

In company with good spirit.

That have come to spend time with you.

Excited to be with you.

You can feel that presence.

An inner knowing.

A feeling full of beauty.

A feeling so beautiful.

Your guides and your guardians.

Always by your side.

Always held your hand.

Always sent you signs.

Always there.

Always here.

A release from the body.

A release from the mind.

A new lease of light.

Experienced for your soul.

Everywhere you turn.

Creation.

Lost for words.

Everywhere you turn.

Magic all around.

Déjà vu.

That feeling familiar.

That feeling so new.

A place you went before.

Before you once knew.

Going somewhere else.

Surrounded by nature.

The lights that make up the sky.

The lights that shine so bright.

The lights that consume yourself.

As peaceful as can be.

Just one breath.

A journey back through time.

To travel with your soul.

Allowing your soul to show the way.

Guided by the light.

Guided by spirit.

The ancestors to your soul.

The ancestors you once knew.

Feel the love from within.

Feel the love shining out.

Be the love.

Feel the love.

Breathe in that love.

Go in with the flow.

Your teachers.

Your guides.

Your wisdom.

Combine that feeling.

The external world mirrors that of your body.

It's time to witness the magic take place from within your body.

A glance down at your soul.

The spark from your mind.

The creation of the body.

Full of truth.

Full of soul.

Full of presence.

Enjoy that feeling.

Flow with that feeling.

Dancing with that flow.

To go somewhere else.

Elsewhere.

To connect to that knowing that you have been elsewhere.

Somewhere that felt good.

Somewhere that felt strange.

Unsure where you've gone.

A step into the unknown.

And if you bring awareness to that feeling.

That inner knowing.

That place full of healing.

Where problems dissolve.

Where solutions arise.

Advanced healing.

Just one breath.

Take your attention to your heart center.

The power of your heart.

The location of your soul.

Breaking through barriers.

Removing all fear.

To trust in your soul.

Take your attention to the base of your spine.

In the depth of your belly.

That burning desire.

That eternal flame.

Rising from the ashes.

Rising from the flames.

A new world.

Full of wonder.

Beauty by design.

Free as can be.

Being in that freedom.

Feeling free.

Flying high.

Flying free.

Flying as your highest self.

Looking down at yourself.

Just one breath.

Looking down at the lands.

Enjoy that feeling.

Always being that feeling.

Preparing for landing.

Landing in that place.

Going somewhere else.

In your own time.

Take your time.

Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.

Just be.

Sending you lots of love.

Lots of gratitude.
