Your Angelic Heart

This guided meditation is designed to help you connect and drop into the following: Deep Breath Awareness. Deep Heart/Love Awareness. Opening up to your "Angelic Consciousness" and being of service

Nothing is to be "done" and all you need to do is receive more of yourself.

Hey beautiful souls,

When you're ready you can close your eyes and start to tap in to your body and the space and place that you find yourself in today.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose into your belly with me,

Slowly breathing out through your mouth just making the conscious choice in this beautiful moment to release and let go of all your thoughts,

All your stories,

All of the day's events that have occurred that are present within you and that are projecting into the future.

Taking another deep breath in through your nose into your belly and slowly out through your mouth.

When you're ready you can place your hands on your chest on your heart space center and with this shift you can drop your awareness down into your heart field,

Your heart awareness,

Your heart consciousness.

You can do this by feeling your hands on your chest,

Feeling the beating of your heart,

Visualizing through your third eye a field,

A frequency of love around you.

Whatever method feels good for you,

Take a moment here to actively drop in in this frequency and presence of love.

We're now going to take this opportunity to set an intention for this meditation,

This journey and this exploration into your heart.

This intention is your lantern of love as we go deep into your inner world.

So ask yourself what would you like to direct you to put your potential intention and have as your guidance.

Allow in this moment your inner knowing to formulate an intention that is for your highest good,

An intention that you can release all attachment,

All expectation and surrender over to your divine loving placing this intention in your heart and then your hands back into your lap.

This time palms facing up to receive this transmission and this meditation here today.

We're going to come back to your breath,

Breathing in through your nose and into your belly.

We're now going to begin to open the petals of our heart lotus and dive into the deeper layers of the consciousness of love that our heart is made of.

And to do this,

We're going to expand our bubble of loving light to drop through these layers.

To do this we're going to connect into our breath and with every inhale we're going to see diamond loving light from source coming in coming in through our crown and landing in our heart as we breathe in and as we breathe out we spread that loving light all around us each time dropping and giving ourselves permission to go deeper into our heart portal.

Breathing in feeling that love and that light in your heart space breathing out creating our bubble breathing in feeling what it feels like to accept that love and light in your heart breathing out going here at your own pace each time expanding this light shuttle this light elevator deeper into the dimensions of your heart portal continuing here for a few more rounds at your own pace just noticing as you do the heaviness and the deepness of not just your heart space and your love frequency but now the voidal womb and the voidal center that comes up to greet you as you surrender and allow yourself to be held in the unconditional space and nature of your cosmic heart giving yourself full permission to receive the unconditional love that you are made of and birthed from noticing as you do this what parts of you are not ready to receive are not ready to allow and let go not ready to accept their birthright we are not here to force push or judge purely here to invite with open arms and an open heart all the pieces of self that deserve to be seen loved and supported so take this moment to invite these pieces about any emotions invite any thoughts any beliefs any stories any memories invite them in to your love and heart portal feeling as if we're floating now in the love frequency of your heart with your diamond loving light around you we're now going to make a conscious choice and a conscious decision to reawaken and re-member a powerful spiritual part of ourselves with your intention in the back of your mind realizing here in this moment that no matter the intention you set today there will be a component of it that requires you to show up in service to show up in service not only potentially to yourself in a certain way in a certain devotional act but also to show up in service to the outside world and all of the people and souls that it is made up of and it is this service that we now seek to supercharge to enliven and to infuse with our deep cosmic love sitting with this word of service and what it brings up in you we're going to ask a part of ourselves a part of our multi-dimensional nature to step forward in this moment this part of ourselves is our angelic consciousness or our angelic energy body this dimension and frequency of self is responsible for kindling and opening our hearts to this service it is responsible for how we show up in the world in this service either for ourselves or for the interconnected collective that we are a part of of in this moment we must understand that this angelic consciousness that is us seeks our request seeks our choice seeks our permission to embody and emit through us so in this moment with your deep connection to your heart make the choice make the choice to invite your angelic consciousness your angelic dimension to speak through you noticing how this feels noticing once again what parts of you are not ready to step into your angelic service and with no judgment no forcing or pushing only inviting all these pieces into your heart heart into your love taking a moment now to breathe in this angelic consciousness that you are through your nose into your belly and then as we breathe out expanding your bubble of divine light once more as this angelic service flows and moves through your heart and the rest of your being observing listening and feeling what inspired actions what creative steps forward move through you how does this loving angelic consciousness of service that you are manifest into the 3d world what does it look like to share this with your friends your lovers and the people you care about most giving yourself full permission to experience all all that this consciousness brings you feeling all the feelings seeing all of the manifestations allowing all of the of the divine love to flow through you making a few more moments here to soak up any more juicy moments of angelic presence that you are allowing your hands find your heart one more time here today and dropping into some gratitude some gratitude for all that you are some gratitude for all that has allowed to flow through you and some gratitude the divine channel of love you've always been feeling acknowledging and grounding this gratitude through your feet and the ground and the heart of mother earth taking as much time as you need when you're ready you can open your eyes and come back into your 3d dimension
