Transcript

When the shadows of the night bring their weight and their heaviness and we desire to wind down,

Release,

Let go and begin our night time connection,

Often what can get in the way of all of this is pain and loneliness.

Not just the pain from any kind of mental,

Emotional,

Physical or spiritual wound,

But the accompanying isolation and the thought of having to move through this pain alone without any support,

Connection or attention.

So today as these words move through your spirit and your essence,

I'm here to remind you that you are not alone and as pain comes up to be seen and felt,

I encourage you to open your heart and remember that support is always there,

From my heart to yours,

Holding your hand as pain comes up.

As pain comes up,

I'll hold your hand.

Through tears and fears,

I'll understand the weight that bears upon your heart,

The struggles that tear and pull you apart,

I'll hold the container and never wander or stray and listen to the words you need to express and say.

No matter how dark the path may appear and seem,

I'll help you back to your inner light and radiant beam.

As pain comes up,

I'll offer you strength to help you face the shadows at length.

Our energy combined will weather the storm.

Our love and growing bond,

Divine power,

Now form.

So take my hand,

My love,

To tend.

Let us journey through pain,

Through to the end,

For I'll be here every step of the tender way and our luminous love will light up even the darkest of day.
