Welcome powerful hearts back to another guided meditation from my presence to yours.
Today's intention is helping you to transform anxiety back into love.
This journey today will support you if you're holding any anxiety,
Fear,
Or emotional tension and looking to alchemize it back into compassion and love through the presence that is you.
Let's start by closing our eyes if they're not closed already.
Starting to connect and tune in to our body.
Anxiety,
Fear,
Emotional tension often is a movement moving through us,
An energetic movement moving in the nervous system that doesn't feel safe.
And today we show that movement,
We show that nervous system with love,
With gentleness and ease that safety is within.
So with me taking a big powerful breath in through your nose into your belly,
Holding at the top and letting go.
Going again,
Breathing in through your nose into your belly and holding at the top,
Letting go.
As you continue to breathe we give our body permission at the moment to land wherever it is.
Not needing to try to fix it right now,
To put it in any kind of box or label,
Not needing to meditate perfectly,
Just arrive.
And notice the sensations already present within you.
Perhaps your mind feels busy from the day.
Perhaps your chest and your heart feels tight and holding on to tension.
Perhaps the energy in general inside of you feels scattered or restless.
Here with me in this moment for the first time in this experience I invite you not to push any of this away and with me quietly say,
This too belongs.
This too belongs.
And feel your loving permission slip,
Your loving acceptance in those words.
In order to start to transform,
In order to start to shift and change,
First must begin with the knowingness and the acceptance that in this moment we are whole,
We are full,
We are loved.
Breathing in and out,
Dropping into this.
So let us now imagine anxiety specifically as a beautiful and perfectly orchestrated messenger.
A signal from your system,
From your body to bring attention.
So with as much love for yourself as you can,
Bring curiosity to this feeling.
Bring a sense of openness to this feeling.
If this anxiety feeling had a texture,
What would that texture be?
If it had a vibration,
A pressure,
A wave,
Let yourself feel it directly,
Feel it fully without your mind placing any story of judgment,
Any story of wrongdoing or right doing.
Just the sensation.
And as we feel deeper into this sensation,
We can even tune into the question behind it.
What are you trying to protect me from?
What are you trying to keep me safe from?
Not needing an answer,
Yet creating more loving openness.
Your body,
Your emotional and mental energy bodies realize and let go of control when you listen,
When you tune in with loving curiosity.
Breathing into this space.
Breathing in to this space and breathing out,
Letting go.
Following your breath now,
As you continue in and out.
At your own pace.
And slowly,
Even more now,
Using your breath,
Especially on the exhale,
To soften,
To loosen.
To give your inner world even more signals of calmness,
Safety,
Presence.
So we will do three rounds together of an inhale and an extra restful exhale.
So with me now,
Breathing in for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Breathing out for six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Going again,
Breathing in for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Breathing out for six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
Final round,
Breathing in for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Breathing out for six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
And sitting here for a moment in the rest,
In the calmness you create through your breath,
Through your regulated breathing.
As we intend now to bring our heart into this journey,
Bring the alchemist into this journey,
Placing one hand on your heart space,
Your heart chakra,
And feeling the warmth beneath your hand,
Beneath your palm.
Your beautiful heart is far from fragile.
Your powerful heart is the alchemist capable of transforming all experience.
All tension,
Tightness,
And heaviness that weighs us down.
So with me and my heart now,
Imagine your anxious energy moving up or down into your heart center.
Imagine this anxious energy as a shadow,
A darkness,
And see it entering into your heart and shifting,
Changing,
Like ice melting in water,
Water warming into a beautiful and brilliant light.
Breathing in as I affirm with you that your love can hold this,
And one more time,
Breathing in as I affirm to you that your love can hold this,
And seeing and feeling anxiety softening,
Seeing and feeling your anxiety being welcomed into the compassion in your heart center.
With this light that we have alchemized from our heart with our anxious energy,
Let us expand.
Let us expand beyond the mind,
Beyond our being,
Beyond our thoughts,
Our emotion,
Into the spaciousness surrounding you.
So seeing the light in your heart that you have created,
That you have generated,
Seeing it expand out.
If you're in a yoga studio,
See it expand out,
Hitting the other students,
The walls.
If you're in your home or another private setting,
See it expanding out,
Hitting the furniture,
Hitting your items,
And resting here as you experience your compassionate,
Loving light and energy impact and connect to all that is around you.
You are the awareness that holds all of this.
And here in this space,
Your thoughts can come and go.
Any other sensations will rise and fall.
But this loving,
Compassionate awareness that is you is steady,
Is firm,
Is safe.
So in this space now,
We will connect to the light.
Also to the individual that is you in this presence,
In this light,
In this awareness.
And to do so,
We will affirm what we wish to embody,
What we wish to take from this awareness,
From this expanded consciousness state.
Repeating inwardly after me,
I am safe to feel.
I meet myself with kindness.
My compassion and love is a gift to the world.
Allowing each phrase,
Each word to land slowly and noticing your loving,
Compassion,
Moving through you,
Holding inside of you,
Resting in your nervous system,
In a safety pattern.
And finally today,
One more moment of awareness,
One more sensing experience.
Connecting back into the bigger field that is you,
The bigger fullness,
Bigger space.
And seeing yourself carrying all of this state,
All of this compassion and love into your day,
Into your week.
Responding instead of reacting.
Breathing mindfully instead of bracing in fear.
Allowing and accepting instead of resisting.
Your presence and your love moving through you in all that you do.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Accepting.
Bringing soft and gentle awareness into your physical body,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Letting your awareness return to the physical room you are in.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes with a heart full of compassion and love.
