Back to another guided meditation and journey from my heart to yours.
Today's intention is centered around supporting you when your body hurts,
When there's pain and you're looking to sleep.
This will be a sleep meditation for comfort and relief.
Let us begin.
Closing your eyes if they're not closed already and finding a comfortable seat or laying down position.
Today you will hear some birds,
Some nature sounds as I record once more in the forest.
So allow these.
Environmental.
Senses,
These environmental aspects to also support,
To also nourish you today.
I remind you that here with me,
As we set the intention to sleep,
As we set the intention hurt,
Body pain.
You do not need to pretend everything feels okay.
There is no pushing through,
There is no overriding what your body and what you are feeling.
This moment.
Is about creating a little more comfort.
A little more softness.
So let us breathe into this.
Head.
Your body may be tired.
Your body may be holding on to so much tension.
I'm here to remind you that in this moment,
Everything is okay.
You are held.
You are supported.
By not just my love and my presence here with you,
But also by a deep love,
A deep presence inside of you.
So as we breathe in again,
We breathe into this space.
Breathing in.
And.
.
.
We continue to bring here.
In this moment together.
More kindness.
A bit more tenderness to our bodies.
As we imagine now our breath.
Our breath as slow ocean waves.
And with every inhale,
The wave rises softly through the body.
And with every exhale,
The wave rolls back out again.
Bringing relief.
And bringing release.
So let us breathe in together.
Bringing relief.
Breathing out,
Release.
Breathing in,
Relief.
And breathing out.
Going again,
Feeling your muscles.
Comforting,
Breathing in.
And breathing out,
Release.
Giving permission for.
Your shoulders to relax.
Giving yourself permission for your chest,
Your belly.
Your hips.
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your ankles.
Give yourself permission.
To relax.
Unclench.
To let go.
Like the water.
Moving back out into the ocean.
Breathing in again.
And We now shift.
Slightly to the left,
A reoccurring thought pattern.
A reoccurring pattern.
Mental story of fear we have.
Around the pain.
And the discomfort our body holds.
As you continue to gently hold your awareness on the hurt,
Hold your awareness on the pain,
Aching.
That inflamed the exhausted places of you.
Here,
With me holding you,
With me loving you,
I invite you to imagine,
Instead of the pain being something wrong,
Instead of the pain being something sharp.
Instead of the pain being something that needs to be fixed.
Imagine.
Safely.
With me the pain.
As a tide.
Signal.
As an overwork.
Of you that is.
To be cared for.
Looking to be witnessed.
Picture and see.
These painful parts,
These painful areas,
Surrounded.
By a warm,
Candlelight.
A saw.
Gentle.
Lovingly golden.
This light is not erasing the sensation or suddenly fixing you.
This light.
Is here to comfort.
This light.
Is here to wrap you up.
In a blanket of safety.
So we will continue with some breath and with each inhale and exhale we expand this safe warmth.
Breathing in.
And out expanding.
Breathing in.
And out,
Expanding.
Breathing in.

And out expanding.
Feeling this warmth.
Feeling this warmth start to melt.
The fear.
Feeling this warmth start to melt the fear that we hold around what the pain means.
It has this.
Fear.
Melts.
You feel it.
Slowly.
Melting down your body.
Down your back.
Down your hips and legs.
Your arm.
Your entire body.
Gradually releasing into.
A sense of safety,
A sense of ease.
The body no longer needing to stay alert.
The body no longer needing to stay in hyper-vigilant fight-flight mode.
States.
It can rest.
It can rest even if.

Discomfort is present.
It can rest.
Even if.
.
.
Pain still holds some tension somewhere.
Your healing.
You're soothing.
And the sleep,
Rest that you were always worthy and deserving of never needed your perfection.
Never needed you to be fixed.
They're coming back.
To our breath.
Coming back to the quiet.
Rhythm of your body.
The Rising.
And the falling.
Slowing down.
As the silence.
The space.
Between my words.
Start to invite you deeper.
And deep.
Into the sleep beyond.
This meditation beyond.
My word.
There's nowhere else to be.
Only.
This softness.
Only this moment.
As I share.
One final prayer.
And intention to hold you through.
Any remaining tension and pain through into sleep.
Prayer reminding you that.
Your body.
Is doing exactly what it needs to do.
Your body.
And all that we have met.
In this journey,
In this meditation.
It's never against you.
Was never.
Fighting.
So my prayer,
Filled with love,
Filled with love.
So much support.
Reminds you of how.
Magical,
How.

Powerful.
How much healing vastness.
Exists.
Within you.
And with softness.
And ease.
We take one more slow breath into this space.

Setting our final intention to drift off.

Into rest.

Rejuvenation.
And as you drift.
Remember that your body.
