Welcome beautiful heart,
Back to another guided meditation and journey.
Today's intention is a deep grounding into the earth for a deep sense of stability,
Safety and the groundedness that soothes your system.
When you're ready,
You can close your eyes and we will begin by taking big,
Powerful breaths in through our nose,
Into our belly.
And our three mouths.
Thriving here with me.
Either sitting or laying down.
Knowing that.
There is nowhere you need to go,
Nowhere you need to be.
Just this moment.
Just this meditation.
As we breathe in again into the nose.
After the bath.
The Earth is here with us.
The Earth is beneath you.
Earth we can connect to.
So bring your awareness to the points of your body that Touch the ground.
Either in the chair that you're in or the bed.
And notice the support.
That is already here.
Feel your breath moving.
As you breathe in,
You feel your body.
And exhale dropping lower.
Continuing at your own steady pace.
And each breath dropping in and out.
Through your chest.
Your stomach.
Your hips.
Your legs,
Your feet.
Each breath dropping you into.
The Earth.
Yo buddy.
Feeling.
Your body,
Starting today.
To release.
As you feel.
Bottom of your feet.
Bottom of your legs start to grow.
Roots.
Slowly.
Gently.
Extending into the soil.
These roots moving.
Downward into the ground.
Past the surface.
Past the stones,
The water.
And as they move downward you feel stability.
You feel.
Support.
So you breathe in this support.
And breathe out,
Letting go.
Your roots.
Continuing down,
Down.
To the very center.
Of the Earth.
And it is here that in your awareness,
In your mind's eye,
You see.
Earth.
Living heart.
Steady.
Patient.
A heart that has been beating long before your worries,
Your anxiousness,
Your overthinking on before your stress or your fear.
Long before the mental loops of needing to do everything alone.
Imagine and feel the warmth of this hug.
A warmth that doesn't demand or expect.
Anything from you.
A warmth that simply loves you.
A warmth that simply supports you.
As we now get to breathe this warmth through our roots up into our being,
Breathing in.
And breathing out,
Expanding.
Going again,
Breathing this warmth up through our roots.
Breathing out,
Expanding.
Let yourself receive.
The love from the earth.
Its safety,
Its support.
Is earth hard.
Seeing you fully.
This Earth heart.
Holding you fully.
As we observe this love and warmth now moving through the different parts of our body that have felt sensitive or have been holding so much emotion and sensation.
Move this.
Earth heart love this earth heart warmth to the areas that need it most.
Breathing this in.
And expanding.
And resting.
Here.
For a few moments.
Feeling your.
.
.
Body respond.
And this stability.
Feeling your body respond to this support and safety is groundedness.
Knowing that as we slowly take back our awareness from our roots,
From our earth heart,
We are We get to choose in this moment to take the sensations,
To take the gifts that the earth has given us.
Placing them in Owl Hunt.
Placing them in Owl Center.
And when you are ready.
And softness and ease.
Opening your eyes and coming back into your reality.
Safe,
Supported.
