Can you imagine becoming your most confident,

Amazing and powerful self in just 10 minutes?

Well if you're ready,

Then find a really comfortable spot to relax,

Either sitting up straight or lying down.

As you just listen to the sound of my voice and we imagine together.

Now close your eyes and relax your body.

And because this meditation is all about your best confidence,

You know that when you feel so confident,

You are so sure of yourself and you believe in yourself completely because you trust that you can do anything.

And this feeling growing right now is a really good feeling to have.

So take a big breath in and a long breath out.

Breathe in deeply and exhale fully.

That's great.

Now just imagine blowing a bubble.

So with every breath you take,

Your imaginary bubble is getting bigger and bigger.

Now take a bigger breath in,

So you imagine filling your belly with air.

Hold it for a second,

Then let it flow out.

You are blowing up your very own bubble of your most amazing confidence.

And you imagine your bubble now floats around your whole body with enough space for your arms and your legs to move about freely.

And just continue to breathe naturally as you easily imagine.

What does your bubble look like?

Imagine seeing your bubble in your mind.

Maybe your bubble is clear or maybe your bubble has a special colour.

Because your bubble is all shiny and smooth and soft.

It glows so brightly all around you as it sparkles a bit in the light.

And you're feeling so calm and protected here inside your bubble.

You know it's perfectly safe to completely be yourself.

To be your most confident,

Radiant,

Glowing self.

And to be your powerful,

Self-trusting and self-believing free self.

Right here inside your wonderful bubble of confidence.

Now just go ahead and place one hand on your belly and your other hand over your heart.

And tell yourself quietly that you know your confidence always comes from within you.

Because there is only one of you in the whole entire world.

And that's pretty amazing.

And imagine seeing yourself in your bubble.

Like looking into a mirror to picture your most confident self.

Because you might see your confident self standing or sitting up straight.

And you might see your shoulders are back.

And how easily and confidently you look people in the eye.

Because you see your body is relaxed.

And you feel so free to take up your full space.

And now you hear how confidence sounds.

And you hear yourself speaking clearly.

Because you so easily express yourself.

And you trust that people listen to what you have to say.

Because what you think and feel and say is very important.

And your voice always deserves to be heard.

Because your confidence feels like you can do anything.

You feel calm because you believe in yourself.

You feel free to be yourself.

You know that you belong everywhere you go.

Because you trust in your feelings.

And you love being you.

And you know that you are very special exactly as you are.

Now imagine your bubble just begins to shrink down.

And down now.

Getting smaller and smaller.

Until it fits just like a little bubble in your hands.

And now imagine placing your little bubble of confidence into your heart.

For your safest keeping.

Now whenever you wish to feel more confident.

Just remember to take in a really big breath.

Filling your belly with fresh air.

And imagine blowing your bubble of confidence all around you.

And no one needs to know about your bubble of confidence.
