Notice the muscles of your face.
Can you soften the forehead?
Can you soften the temples?
Allow the cheeks to relax.
Maybe notice if the tongue can gently part away from the teeth,
The mouth is relaxed.
There's the sense of softening,
Relaxation washed through the throat.
Soften the sides of the neck.
Soften the shoulders.
Continue watching this relaxation wash through the limbs,
Through the torso.
Until the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet relax.
And taking a nice deep inhale,
Noticing the length of your spine as you inhale deep.
Softly exhaling maybe a sigh out of the mouth.
Letting go of the day.
Nice deep inhale breath.
Really fill the body.
Expand the belly,
