So just finding yourself now in a really comfortable position,
You might like to lay down or just take a gentle seat.
Just ensure that the body is in a comfortable position and in a position that you can feel a beautiful length through your spinal column.
And then once you have found this position,
You might like to let the eyes close down or just allowing any little creases around the eyes to soften as your gaze gently draws inward.
Beginning to connect with your breath,
Just noticing its pace and its depth.
Maybe noticing the beat of your heart.
Just starting to attune yourself to the energy that you may feel within your body.
As we move through this meditation,
We will be connecting with the energy of Leo.
Bright,
Warm,
Solar powered energy.
You can start by lengthening the spine a little more,
Whether you are laying down or seated.
Just creating this length in your spine will enable the breath to flow free.
As the breath begins to move and create space through the body,
You will start to improve circulation and a general sense of vitality.
Maybe starting to expand your breath a little.
Taking the inhale in,
Feel it swell around the lungs,
Expand the chest.
As you exhale,
Relaxing the body.
As you inhale,
Feeling that expansion,
Air filling the body,
Expanding around the heart space.
As you exhale,
Softening and relaxing.
Just continue to pay attention to the breath and the movement it creates in your physical body.
Feel the natural rise and fall of your own life force.
You can visualise the breath travelling up and down the length of the spine.
As you inhale,
Filling the body,
As you exhale,
Releasing the breath,
Clearing away anything you no longer need.
As you inhale,
Filling the body with a sense of vitality.
As you exhale,
Radiating this vitality outward beyond you.
Begin to let your awareness drop deeper within.
Connecting to your solar plexus and space around your navel.
And just starting to feel a sense of connection with your inner strength,
Your core.
You might even like to notice the temperature around this area.
Perhaps calling on a sense of warmth.
You may even do this by toning up a little around the organs,
Through the midsection.
Filling the navel,
Just gently draw back towards your spine.
Nothing too aggressive.
And then finding a sense of upward energy as you draw the inner organs inward and upward.
Almost as though you are gently drawing your navel centre up towards your heart.
And showing you're still breathing.
Just starting to connect with or visualise the distance from your navel to your heart.
The path to transformation is said to be the distance from your navel to your heart.
Starting with that inner core strength,
Bright and warm inside.
And lifting it up to that space of openness and connection in the heart centre.
Projecting that inner light and inner warmth outward into the world.
Make sure the facial muscles are soft.
Shoulders gently relaxed away from the ears.
Continuing to invite a brightness and buoyancy through the chest,
Through the torso.
Noticing how these gentle adjustments in the body can create a shift in your energy.
Openness and expansive chest inviting in a sense of confidence,
Brightness,
Completely radiant.
Letting that awareness land to the heart.
Just noticing the breath as it enters the body,
Swirling around the heart space.
As you exhale that softening and relaxing.
Heart space is said to be the most expansive.
The energetic field around the heart space can expand as wide and far as you can imagine.
And then landing the awareness once again down at the navel.
Maybe now bringing to mind a little flame inside,
Just around the navel centre.
Noticing the colour of this flame,
Maybe a gentle amber,
Just glowing inside.
Maybe it's a white light.
Feel this light powered by the sun energy.
Starting to notice this little flame starts to flicker a little more,
A little brighter.
This is your authentic inner light.
As human beings we have multiple energy channels flowing through us.
They're complex and beautiful.
To really bring light into the space we need our inside light to be flickering nice and bright.
To have these energy channels feeling connected,
This inner circuit going,
We must find that beautiful harmony between body,
Mind and soul.
When these three aspects of our being are connected we experience true radiance.
So keep on tending to that inner flame,
Allowing yourself to glow from the inside out.
Feeling that lightness and warmth expand and radiate from the centre of your being out through to your peripheries,
Out through your pores.
Filling your body with this beautiful glowing light,
Projecting this light outward from your heart space.
This internal glow,
Always accessible,
Allowing you to feel confident,
Radiant,
Able to be seen in the world.
As you feel this light and this warmth encompassing all of who you are,
Start to feel empowered,
Confident,
Full of light,
Bright,
Clear energy.
Feeling this energy continually running through the body,
Expanding out into the world,
Confident,
Beautiful,
Radiant,
Every cell of your being is smiling,
Sparkling.
Know that you can call on this inner light at any point in your day.
