New Moon In Gemini

Gemini is ruled by the planet of Mercury which governs communication and mental movement. It can sometimes feel ungrounded because it is an airy and floaty sign, but it is important to invite a sense of playful curiosity into your life. Gemini gives us the capacity to be fluid and adapt to new situations. Be open minded and you will be pleasantly surprised and delighted. This practice works with body relaxation, thought assimilation, visualisation and  breath. May it fill you with a sense of calm and an ability to organise your thoughts and curiosities from a heart centred and adaptable place.

Fantastic Nidra meditation for the new moon in Gemini. I’m not astrologically sensitive, but since practicing Ashtanga yoga I have been more aware of the new moon cycles. So not only was this practice deeply restful, it was informative! Namaste🙏
