Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs with fresh air.
And exhale slowly and softly through your mouth,
Releasing any heaviness.
Let's take two more breaths like this,
Breathing in deeply and exhaling fully,
Creating space for this new day to unfold.
Now,
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Let your breath be an anchor,
Grounding you in this moment.
Bring to mind an intention or a quality you would like to carry into your day.
Perhaps it's confidence,
Peace,
Gratitude,
Or focus and productivity.
Silently repeat this word or phrase to yourself with each breath.
I am confident.
I am at peace.
I am grateful.
I am focused and productive.

Picture yourself standing outside in the early morning light.
The sun is rising,
Casting a soft golden glow across the sky.
Feel the warmth of its rays gently touching your skin,
Awakening your senses and filling you with vibrant energy.
Imagine the sunlight pouring into the top of your head,
Flowing through your body like a gentle stream of light.
It moves down through your chest,
Arms,
And hands,
Radiating warmth and positivity.
It travels through your abdomen,
Legs,
And feet,
Grounding you and connecting you to the earth.
As this light fills you,
Picture yourself stepping into your day with ease and purpose.
Visualize the day ahead.
See yourself moving through it with confidence,
Clarity,
Joy,
And ease.
Imagine speaking with kindness,
Tackling challenges with focus,
