My name is Hania and today I'm going to guide you through a meditation to help you nurture your inner strength and resilience.
This meditation is an opportunity to reconnect with your inner power,
That steady and unshakable core within you.
You don't need to be perfect or have it all figured out.
Simply showing up for yourself is enough.
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath in and a long slow breath out.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
And allow your body to settle.
Let's begin this journey inward.
Bring your awareness to your feet.
Feel them connected to the ground beneath you,
Steady and strong.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Reaching deep into the earth.
These roots anchor you,
Providing stability and support.
Now,
Shift your attention to your legs.
Soften any tension in your calves,
Knees and thighs.
Let them grow heavy,
Fully supported by the earth or the surface beneath you.
Move up to your hips and lower back.
Breathe into this area,
Releasing any tightness with your exhale.
Imagine a warm golden light glowing in your abdomen,
Filling you with a sense of safety and strength.
Bring this same light to your chest.
With each breath,
Let it expand,
Softening your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
Finally,
Turn your focus to your neck,
Jaw and face.
Release any tension here,
Letting your features soften.
Feel your whole body relaxed yet strong,
Grounded yet light.
Now imagine yourself standing in a quiet,
Peaceful space.
In the center of this space is a small flickering flame.
This flame represents your inner strength,
Always present,
Even when it feels dim.
Step closer to the flame and notice its warmth.
With each breath you take,
The flame grows stronger.
See it rise and expand,
Becoming more vibrant and steady.
As this flame grows,
It begins to illuminate your surroundings.
You see yourself clearly now,
Strong,
Capable,
Resilient.
The flame doesn't erase your challenges or fears.
It simply reminds you that you have the power to face them.
As you stand in front of the flame,
Repeat silently or aloud.
I am strong.
I can handle whatever comes my way.
My inner light guides me.
Take a moment to visualize yourself navigating a recent challenge.
Imagine this inner flame supporting you,
Giving you clarity,
Courage and calm.
As we prepare to return,
Let's affirm this inner strength.
I trust myself.
I am enough.
I carry this light within me always.
Begin to deepen your breath,
Feeling your body reawaken.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch if it feels good.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Take a moment to notice how you feel.
Calmer,
Stronger,
More connected to yourself.
Remember,
This inner strength is always here,
Ready to guide and support you.
