If you're feeling anxious,

Worried or overwhelmed by stress,

Know that you're not alone.

In moments like these,

Affirmations can be a powerful tool to help calm your mind and ground you in the present moment.

By repeating positive,

Soothing statements,

You can gradually shift your focus from fear and worry to a place of safety and inner peace.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a moment and slowly release the breath through your mouth.

Let's do it again.

I will now guide you through the affirmations,

Pausing for you to repeat them either silently in your mind or aloud.
