I welcome you to this short chakra healing meditation.
We are going to use a unique Bij mantra that has a specific healing frequency for each chakra.
This will help you to heal your chakras through vibration and sound.
In your own time,
Find your most comfortable position,
Preferably sitting on the floor or on the chair.
Keeping your back straight but not too stiff.
Relaxing your shoulders so that they are far from your ears.
Now gently join the upper eyelid to the lower eyelid.
First,
Taking a few deep breaths to find more peace and awareness in this moment.
Inhaling from your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
When you inhale,
Notice your belly is expanding and when you exhale,
Belly is contracting and moving towards your spine.
As you're more grounded and present,
We are going to start with your root chakra all the way up to your crown chakra.
First,
We are going to chant LAM.
When you chant this mantra,
Feel the vibration in your whole pelvic region.
You're going to repeat each mantra for nine times.
