Welcome to meditation session number 60.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
And say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good,
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in,
Let go of everything else,
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
And take one more deep breath in,
Holding,
And then tensing all the muscles in your body,
Tensing,
Tensing everything,
Pushing that energy up through your spine,
Up to the top of your head.
And then relaxing and breathe out,
Relaxing your body,
Relaxing your mind,
Stepping into the meditation for a moment,
Simplifying your existence,
Simplifying so much that the only thing you need to do in this moment is to observe the moment.
Nothing you need to do in this moment,
No one you need to be in this moment,
No history you need to carry,
No future you need to consider,
Just being with this moment,
The simplest form of existing,
Allowing all judgement to disappear,
Stepping into non-judgement of this moment,
Simply just as it is,
Of the brain to slowly relax as we come into a gentle focus of just this moment,
Allowing this stillness to spread in our body and in our mind,
Stillness spreading from the outside and in to our body and to our mind as we are retreating back to the peacefulness of our soul,
As we are retreating back to this place inside us that is always peaceful and still,
This place inside us where we always can go to rest and recharge in this place inside us of peacefulness.
There is always a gentle breeze of love,
This loving awareness that you are being here with yourself,
Gently finding back to this inner loving smile,
Gently resting in this state,
Sending this loving awareness out to your full body,
Sending this loving awareness to all your emotions,
Sending this loving awareness to the history and to the future,
And out to all the world in this moment.
As you find back to your inner love and peacefulness,
May all beings be happy.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again,
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body,
How does it feel to be here and now,
And before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness,
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again,
And get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
