Welcome to meditation practice.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
Taking a few more moments to allow yourself to really drop into this moment.
Drop into the body,
Into the state that we are in right now,
In this moment.
Tuning into this aspect of ourself that is observing,
Seeing,
Feeling this moment.
And we include everything in this observation.
There might also be thoughts or emotions.
Everything is a part of our observation.
Everything is part of the meditation.
We include everything,
All experiences that might come to us.
There is no resistance.
No holding on to.
Allowing the experience to pass through us.
Pass through this witnessing.
We come back to this core that is observing.
And we lean on to this.
We find home in this witnessing.
Instead of leaning towards this rising and falling of experiences.
Instead we lean on to this.
This core of observing.
And if we are able today to go deep into this observer.
We find this peacefulness.
This loving awareness.
We find it to fill ourselves up with everything that we really need.
And if we go deep,
We find this self-love.
This sense of just resting with the existence.
And maybe we even reach for gratitude.
Gratitude for this experience.
Coming our direction.
And we can receive it with just ease.
Letting go of the struggles of changing and controlling.
Letting go and coming to this place of gentle observing.
Shining out with loving gratitude.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths.
And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
