Welcome to meditation session 57.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
As you allow your body to become still you can allow your mind to stop,
To take a break from any doing.
In this meditation there is nothing your mind needs to do.
Maybe it's already begins to slow down or otherwise you can allow it to just fade into the background.
As you steer your attention to the things that is in this moment.
Maybe there is some sensations in your body.
You can probably feel the breath and the slow movements in your body as you breathe.
Steering your attention to just your breath or the sensations in your body.
And if you notice yourself drifting away,
Maybe into some thoughts,
You can allow yourself to just gently come back to your breath.
We will just stay here for some moments being with the body,
Being with the sensations in the body.
You can also explore if there is any emotion in your body.
If there is an emotion just allow it to be and hold space for it with your awareness.
You can also notice if there is any desire to change the present moment or if there is any resistance to the present moment as it is.
And then you hold space for this desire or resistance to be.
As you at the same time in this moment right now surrender to just being.
Allowing your emotion to play out and evolve as you settle into a greater peacefulness.
When you feel ready you can dive into this great peacefulness of just being.
And it's good for you to now and then just take this break from your life to just be here.
Staying with your body,
With your emotions.
Just allow yourself to recharge your batteries,
To come back to your inner balance so that you can be recharged and focused and relaxed and be ready to go out in life and experience all the good things that is awaiting you.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
