Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

Then let your body come to a rest.
And say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Getting to a nice and relaxed state.
Taking a moment to reconnect to your body.
Just observing the sensations of your body.
Allowing it to be just as it is.
Just staying with your body.
Allowing your body to get your full attention.
Testfully being.
Observing and feeling your body.
Allowing your body to be just as it is.
And then looking even deeper.
Is there any emotion?
Any feeling inside your body?
Research and seeing doing different changes in knowing.
How does it feel to be in this moment?
And just staying with this feeling of emotion,
Feeling your body,
Feeling the feelings inside of it,
Allowing the sensations to come and allowing the sensations to go.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
