Welcome to meditation session 20.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.

Into a nice and relaxed state.
As you allow the body to come to rest,
You might experience that the mind is slowing down.
Slowing down into a more relaxed state of just being and relaxing.
Just sensing your body,
The sensations of breathing,
The sensations of being alive without no need to do anything.
Just being here with this experience.
Reconnecting to your presence.
Letting go of the outer world for a moment and just tapping into being here with yourself.
Letting go of your problems.
No need to solve them with your mind right now.
Just letting everything be just as it is.
Letting you naturally connect back to your essence.
Observing the loving awareness.
Letting go of your thoughts.
Letting go of any intention to plan anything or solve anything.
Just reconnecting to this present moment.
And sinking down into a nice and pleasant relaxed state.

And as you let go of changing the world.
And for this moment just letting it be just as it is.
Letting your energy and your focus just settle into this present moment.
Being here and relaxing with awareness.
Allowing yourself to fill up with this energy and this presence.

Filling up with clarity and focus.

Of course not everyone but you might be surprised by how many of your problems will be solved by just relaxing.
When you fill up with energy and relaxation,

You can often see your problems from a new perspective and life become much easier.

And it can be good for you to first tap into your presence,
Your being.
Feeling your body,

As you slowly come back more and more,

Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
