Welcome to meditation practice.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
And wherever you are in this moment,
Just take your attention here,
Feeling into what is here in this moment and whatever there was before this meditation and whatever will come after this meditation.
No need to engage with that now.
Now you can surrender to this moment and if there is still some process going on in the background,
Some thoughts or emotion,
Don't try to fight it.
It's not possible.
Just allowing it to be there as you gently allow your focus to come to this moment,
Observing any sounds that might be here,
Sounds of this meditation,
Waves in the background and you can hear my voice.
This allows you to relax into a nice and pleasant where you can feel your body,
Your different body parts,
Relaxing with every breath and at the same time your body is relaxing.
Your awareness comes to the center.
Your awareness is still alert here in this moment,
An alert focus,
Observing this present moment and without forcing anything,
Allowing all emotions to be as they are,
We can also allow them to be released by opening our heart,
Letting go of any fears of the future,
Any worries,
Opening the heart in this moment,
Just staying here,
Opening your heart,
Surrendering to the flow of life and in this moment,
No need to understand,
No need to hold on to your problems,
Just allowing yourself to be,
Opening your heart,
Feeling that love and appreciation that is always there,
That loving awareness that is always there,
Just like the sun is always there above the raining clouds.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again,
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body,
How does it feel to be here and now and before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
