Welcome to meditation session number four.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
If there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words or follow along this.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.
Very good.
And we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
And gently relax into this moment.
The moment of now.
Letting go of the past.
Letting go of the future.
And just being here.
Just now observing the time as it goes by.
Letting the time pass.
Slowing down.
Easily stepping into just being with the moment of now.
The only thing you can always be sure of is that the time will continue to pass.
That things will change.
And as you relax into the now,
Becoming more and more at ease with the time passing.
Letting go of the past.
Letting go of the future.
Letting the thoughts and emotions evolve as they do.
And as the time passes,
You see they come to a rest.
And then just you,
The observer,
Is here.
And now,
Surfing on the moment.
Letting go of the past.
And in this very unequal world we live in,
There is one thing that is equal for all.
And it's that we all have 24 hours,
Inner day.
None of us can go back.
And all of us proceed forward in the same tempo.
One moment at a time.
And we are all surfers of time,
Progressing forward onto the future.
And the freedom you have is to choose on how you want to see on the things that happen.
Do you want to focus on the small things that give you irritation?
Or do you want to see the small things you can be grateful for?
And what are you thankful for in your life?
Or even if you don't,
What are you thankful for?
Thoughts will come to you in a endless stream.
You can choose which one you focus on.
You have the gift to be able to focus on what you choose to focus on.
You can choose which one you want to focus on.
You can choose which one you want to focus on.
