Welcome to meditation session number three.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
If there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words or follow along this.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.

Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Just be aware of what is most present for you right now.
It might be a sensation in the body or it might be thoughts in your mind.
See if you also can be aware of any emotion or feelings that might be in your experience right now.
And just be with this experience.
Whatever it is,
Just let it be.
And see if you can become the observer.
Just take a little step back and observe.
And in this observing there can't be any judgment.
There can't be any resistance.
Just the judgment and the resistance is part of what's being observed by the observer.

As you slowly come back more and more be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
For every time you do these meditations the effect will be greater and it will be easier and easier for you to relax into a mindful state.
Both inside the meditation and also in your daily life.
