In todays meditation we will focus on our thoughts and comming to stillness. We will begin by observing our thoughts with mindfulness and allow the mind to surrender into silence. We then zoom out to a bigger picture where "everything is okay". We go to this zoomed out state to reacharge our batteries so we can better handle our problems when we come back from meditation. Feel free to lay down during this soft relaxing meditation if you want.
