Welcome to meditation session 59.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
And say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Giving yourself some time to settle into this meditation.
Slowly gathering your presence,
Directing it to this moment.
Slowly in your own pace you can let go of all the thoughts of the future or the past.
Just allow yourself to land in this moment.
Even if there is still thoughts,
It's no worse.
You can just allow them to sink into the background as you direct your presence to this moment.
Feel into your body a little bit.
Checking in with yourself what sensations is in your body at the moment.
How does it feel to breathe in this moment?
What emotions is in your body today?
And just allowing it to be there.
You are allowed to be just as you are.
You are allowed to have just the emotions that is there.
Allowing them to be.
That's good.
Allowing your heart to get some space to be and to feel surrounded by your presence in this calm meditation.
You can hold yourself,
You can hold your emotions,
You can hold your experience and nothing you need to do than just observing and being here with yourself as you allow these emotions or sensations to be and evolve if they want to.
Accepting your full self,
Being with all parts of you,
Carrying yourself through this experience,
Allowing yourself to feel,
Allowing your thoughts to come to a silence here and now in this moment,
Staying with yourself and then allowing yourself to gently let go.
And then we go to our hearts and we reach for the emotion of gratitude and thankfulness.
And we thank ourselves for being here in this meditation,
For these emotions that have shown themselves or for the silence or for just being here and being able to feel ourselves landing more and more in peacefulness,
Breathing in some of this gratefulness and thankfulness.
And I will leave you in some more silence to just be with yourself.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
