Welcome to Meditation Session 22.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Bring to a nice and relaxed state.
And as you let go of the outer world and tuning into the experience of just being here and can let your mind relax.
And coming back to a present and calm state of just being in this moment.
Direct your focus to your body.
See how it feels to be in your body at this moment.
No need to change anything.
Just observing and experiencing the body in this moment.
Just relaxing with the body.
Letting your attention be with your body.
Feeling your breath.
As your breath is taking in your air and filling you up with oxygen.
And feeling your heart.
Feeling your heart open with every breath.
Allowing your attention to land in the heart.
Breathing into your heart.
And allowing your heart to have space.
Feeling the heart opening up and expanding.
And allowing this feeling in the heart to spread to your whole chest.
Spreading into your whole chest.
And allowing this feeling to spread into your whole stomach and chest.
Your full torso.
And let it spread down to your sexual center,
Filling up your whole torso.
And let it spread out to your arms and to your hands.
Breathing out more energy.
And let it spread to your legs and down to your feet.
Letting the attention and your breath be with your feet.
And allow this feeling to spread up the throat and up to your head.
And allow it to spread over your face.
And breathe nice attention and relaxation over your whole head and face.
And breathe in nice attention and energy in your breath over your whole body.
Just being here.
Feeling your body relaxing.
And allow this feeling of the heart pump out to the whole body.
Feeling with your whole body at the same time.
Feeling the breath as it recharge the body.
As it fills up the body with energy and life.
Feeling all your small cells in your body being vibrant with life.
And you can feel gratefulness and thankfulness for all these small cells in your body that is working to keep this human body alive.
Just staying with all these cells in the body.
Sending thankfulness and gratefulness to all places in the body.
And reconnect back to your heart.
Feeling your heart.
Feeling gratefulness and thankfulness for your heart.
That is always pumping blood through your body.
Pumping out oxygen and nutrients for all the cells.
That is pumping with new life.
And just enjoy.
Just being here in this moment together with your body relaxing and enjoying.

Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
Getting it ready to continue the refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more be aware of the sensations in your body.
