Welcome to meditation practice.

Before we start,

Let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.

For a little moment in this meditation,

We take a break,

A break from the future and a break from the past.

We allow ourselves to just be here with this moment,

Witnessing and being here with the experience that evolves every second.

Being here with the sensations in the body.

Being here with the thoughts.

Being here with the emotions.

And we are striving to be at ease,

Welcoming,

Welcoming the experience as it is.

We see any thoughts,

Planning,

Remembering,

Understanding,

But it's no need in this moment.

It can be or it can go.

We feel any reaction in the body when there is thoughts and when there is silence.

We notice without any grasping or holding on to.

We allow the noticing to be done with an ease,

A relaxing noticing,

Staying in the state of deep relaxation,

Allowing yourself to regain a mindful balance.

It's very good for you,

Very good for your day to come back to this state of our relaxed presence,

Maybe even coming to your heart,

Feeling grateful and nothing you need to do now than just be here,

Enjoying this moment of relaxation.

Gently,

Gently begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back more and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
