Thank you for being here with me today.
I am sitting in a beautiful,
Open space with a bit of an echo.
And I thought that we could spend a bit of time soothing our nervous systems together.
Using the vibration of a hum.
Get comfortable where you're sitting or laying down.
And take a few deep breaths all the way down into your belly and out your mouth audibly.
Spending a few minutes humming each day can create this beautiful foundation of soothing safety in our bodies.
You might even find if you make a practice of humming that you might automatically start to hum in situations when your body needs a bit of calm.
Continue breathing deep.
I'm going to allow myself just to intuitively flow with a tune with my humming.
You can feel free to just listen and be soothed by the sound or you can create the same experience in your body by humming yourself.

Drawn out tone and just notice the feeling of the vibration inside your body.
