This guided energy based meditation will help you relax and become present in your body. It was recorded live in the mountains of Colombia and carries a powerful energy to help you reconnect and restore to your divine blueprint.

Take a nice deep breath.
Ah,
Take a moment to feel your body.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Feel your hands wherever they're resting.
Relax your feet.
Relax your hands.
Relax your neck and shoulders.
Relax the muscles on your face.
Relax the base.
Relax your scalp.
And all those little muscles around your forehead,
Your jaw,
Around your ears.
While you keep consciously relaxing your body,
Also have awareness of the transition from the outside to the inside.
The sudden movements inside,
The physical movements when you breathe and your chest is moving.
Emotional movements,
Any feelings.
Simply be aware without judgment,
Without trying to change it.
Simply observing your inner movements,
Your inner feelings.
Your inner feelings.
And breathe through it.
And for a moment,
Be aware of your thoughts.
Simply observe,
Knowing that you can select your thoughts,
And that you can choose your thoughts when you are present.
So simply take a moment to observe,
To watch.
And if you want to shift or switch or change a thought,
Just do so in this very moment.
And take a deep breath.
And let the energy from your feet to your base,
Through all your body,
Rise up,
Breathe it up.
Breathe the energy out from the bottom,
Through your core,
Up to the top of your head.
Let the energy move up and down,
Through your core,
Through the center of your body.
Breathing in and up,
With your exhale,
Let the energy pour down again,
Creating a vertical flow of energy deep within your core.
And with your next inhale,
You breathe deeply in the energy from the earth up,
Up to your heart.
Just relax that area of your chest.
Relax the back of your heart.
And imagine that you expand that area,
Give it space.
And as you keep expanding the chest,
You take your awareness a little higher up to your third eye,
Center of your forehead.
And you expand that area as well.
Ah,
And even though your eyes stay closed and your eyes are relaxed,
Your inner eyes turn upwards,
As if you would want to look up to the upper part of your forehead,
Turning your inner eye up.
Let the energy rise.
Let the energy rise.
Let the energy rise above your head.
Let the energy rise,
Moving upwards,
Connecting with the higher frequency of your being.
And take a moment in your own way to connect to your higher self,
To connect to your higher wisdom,
To connect to your higher wisdom,
To connect to your higher knowledge.
And simply be,
Be in the presence of this moment,
Resting in the here and now.
And while you're resting in this moment,
Connect it with the higher energy above.
Imagine that higher frequency from above pouring down,
Pouring down from way above into your field,
Into your body,
Into your core,
All the way through every cell of your body,
Letting the energy pour down on to the bottom of your base and down into the earth,
Filling up every particle of your physical body,
Every organ and gland illuminated with the higher energy from above,
With the bright light with the bright light,
With the healing,
Transformative energy,
Restoring your divine blueprint deep within,
Right here,
Right now.
Let the energy pour down into the ground.
Feel how you're sitting.
Feel your feet.
Feel your hands.
Even though you still keep your eyes closed for a moment,
Start perceiving your surroundings,
Your sounds.
Start perceiving different parts of your physical body,
Your tongue,
Your breath,
The room.
Let yourself anchor deep in the ground.
Imagine that like a tree,
You can grow roots,
Different energetical roots into the ground and create a sense of solidity,
Groundedness,
Stability,
Solid,
Safe,
Connected.
And I invite you,
If you wish to do so,
To set an intention for the day.
And then to simply let it go,
Being open to receive without attachment.
And then by taking a deep breath,
And in your own way and in your own time,
You come back,
You come back,
Bringing this meditation to a close.
And in your own timing,
Whenever you're ready,
You open up your eyes and you go on with this day today.
