Accepting and being with your feelings can be difficult sometimes. When you stop judging and identifying AS your feelings, and start to accept them, you begin to find more ease in your body and peace of mind.

I accept myself.
I accept who I am and what I feel.
I let go of judgment,
Comparison,
Or wishing that I felt different than I feel in this moment.
I accept myself.
I accept the way I feel.
I realize that I will feel different from time to time and these feelings do not dictate who I am or who I am going to be.
I allow myself to feel what I feel.
I do not make my feelings good or bad.
They are simply feelings.
I realize that these feelings may be pointing me in a direction and that I may need to pay closer attention to my needs,
My wants,
And my desires.
I realize that feelings arise as indicators for things that I may not be paying attention to.
I am willing to accept this.
I am willing to recognize that I may not be paying attention to my feelings and that they are trying to tell me something.
I do not judge my feelings.
My feelings are not good or bad.
They simply are.
And I am allowed to feel all of my feelings,
The wide array of emotions,
Sensations,
And I can move with those feelings without being overcome or overtaken by them.
In this moment,
I am choosing to be with my feelings.
I accept who I am.
I accept how I feel.
I accept myself.
