In this two minute practice for when stressed or anxious, you will take time from your busy schedule to connect to the stillness and silence of the present moment. Using the mindful release technique led by Davidji, you will let go of what no longer serves you and replenish with vital, life-affirming energy.

Hello this is davidji and welcome to today's stress buster.
Close your eyes and through your nose take a long slow deep breath in.
And now through your mouth allow that breath to escape.
And now fold your chest over bending towards the floor and force even more breath out.
Feel your lungs empty.
And now through your nose take a long slow deep breath in and feel your chest fill with that cleansing awakening new breath.
And now exhale through your mouth and open your eyes and feel the lightness of your being.
This technique is called the mindful release.
In those few moments you released that which does not serve you,
The old,
The stale and replaced it with vital life-affirming energy.
Feel free to practice the mindful release to bring you into the present moment as you move throughout your day.
