Take a moment to "celebrate the little wins" with me as we pause and notice a win. Create space and fully feel your little win - how it makes you feel, what it means to you, having gratitude, being proud, and celebrating.

Celebrating the little wins.

I think a lot of the times,

You imagine that there is an ideal way to do something.

We have it all mapped out in our heads,

Each step all laid out there in front of us.

But sometimes each of those steps aren't actually the steps,

The important,

Those moments that made a really big difference.

What I'm talking about is the little wins and celebrating those moments.

So maybe you just had one of those moments,

It's so small,

Others might not even notice.

But to you,

That moment is everything.

Softening,

Letting it rush over you.

Maybe it's feeling joy in something you hadn't seen it in.

It's these little moments.

For me today,

It was pausing.

Yes,

Pausing to celebrate,

But also pausing.

I was in a moment where I was putting pressure on myself to accomplish all of these things in such a short amount of time that I wasn't taking a moment to enjoy and feel the pleasure,

Enjoy the food.

I was eating,

Tasting it,

Not just doing it because I had to,

But doing it because I enjoyed it.

Washing the dishes because,

Not that I think they need to be clean and that sink needs to be empty,

But because it feels good to cleanse the things that just nourished me.

Taking that moment to sit,

Feel my shoulders roll back.

Not rush,

Not distract,

Just be.

Noticing that this was a win and felt so good.

Sit in your win for just a couple more moments here.

Take it in.

Think it.

Be proud.

And celebrate.

Maybe that's dancing out,

Hug yourself.

Write a little note.

Smile.

Whatever it is that you need to do to celebrate this little win.

Do it.

And enjoy it.

And it'll be great.
