This Meditation will guide you to release stress, pain, and tension from the body. Using Emotional Freedom Technique helps you relieve symptoms, stress, and pain. A guided meditation for your toolbox to relieve stress and symptoms as you allow deep relaxation. Allow me to guide you to calm your nervous system, boost your immune system, and access mind over matter as you clear your symptoms from your body.

Aloha and welcome to our first stress relieving strategy,
A pressure point release.
If you didn't find a tender spot or pressure filled area,
I invite you to try a self love hug.
It is a very simple technique and maybe you've even used a similar strategy by instincts.
Go ahead and crisscross your arms in front of your chest and massage the opposite shoulder.
Therefore,
Your right arm is going to be massaging your left shoulder.
Your left arm is going to be massaging your right shoulder.
This is a very simple strategy that you can use when you're feeling stressed.
But if you are feeling pain in a specific area,
You're going to focus on massaging that area during the pressure point release.
The great thing about the self love hug,
It's an easy way to calm your nervous system and release stress because you are addressing both sides of the body simultaneously and you're using both hemispheres of the brain.
So your body is crisscrossed and rewired and as you massage,
You are allowing it to relax by using the crisscross motion and relieving stress.
So whichever technique you choose is perfect.
We're going to be listening to some music and focusing on our breathing.
I invite you now to take in a deep,
Slow,
Purposeful breath.
And gently massage a tender or sore spot as you just focus on your breathing.
And if you've decided to do the self love hug,
Then that's where you're going to focus your massage on each shoulder.
Sometimes it's very helpful to visualize a light penetrating that tender area and allowing the stress and tension to release.
There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.
You're simply listening to my voice and allowing me to guide you into relaxation.
And with each breath,
You recognize how easy it is to relieve stress and relax simply by focusing on your breathing.
I invite you now to notice and I invite you to visualize or imagine a sun beaming up above your head.
Now we're going to take three deep breaths.
And I want you to imagine that the sun is expanding with each breath and you feel the warmth,
The heat from the sun soothing your entire body.
So let's take in three deep breaths.
Three.
The bright and brilliant sun has expanded above.
You feel the warmth throughout your body.
It is soothing and calming your entire body and nervous system.
Your entire body and nervous system.
And I invite you to notice the sun begins to radiate down a beam of light.
And as a light penetrates that area,
And as we count down,
Your body is going to relieve stress and tension and you're going to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.
And the sound of my voice is guiding you to let go of any stress and emotions that don't serve you.
And helping you fill up with a sense of calm and tranquility.
That's right.
You're doing an amazing job.
And that light from the sun beaming up on you.
And now as I count from 11 to 1,
You're going to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Your muscles are going to be loosened.
You're accessing a state of mind over matter.
You have allowed your body to relax and this helps you access a state of peace and calm.
As you support your nervous system and soothe it,
And you boost your immune system.
And I'll just focus on your breath as I count down from 11 to 1 and feel the light beaming down.

Notice how loose,
Limp,
Limber and relaxed your muscles are.
Notice how easy it is for you to relieve stress.
Simple self-loving activity.
Notice how peaceful and calm you feel right now.
And now as I count down one more time from 11 to 1,
You're going to release any little bit of tension you may be feeling.
Any stress.
Allow yourself to enter the state of mind over matter.
As we calm your nervous system and boost your immune system.
And all you're doing is relaxing and focusing on your breath.

Notice that the light from the sun is clearing out your entire body.
It's clearing out any remaining stress or tension.
In your head,
Your neck,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your chest,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your feet.
All the way down here.
I want you to notice any sensations in your eyes.
Maybe it's tingling,
Healing sensations.
Whatever you feel is perfect.
This is healing energy coming straight from the sun.
Allowing you to clear stress and tension.
Calming your nervous system.
Boosting your immune system.
And relaxing your body as you relieve any remaining stress or tension.
Now I want you to imagine your feet are on the ground touching the earth.
Maybe you feel a little bit of warmth at the base of your feet.
And I invite you to imagine or sense that there are roots coming up your feet.
Through your ankles,
Up your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs.
Through your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your abdomen,
Your thorax,
Your spine,
Your neck,
Your arms.
Your elbows,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingertips.
Through your throat,
Up your head,
Through the crown of your head,
Up into the sun.
I invite you to imagine the earth energy is rising through you.
Helping you feel safe and supported and connected.
Helping you feel grounded and peaceful.
Notice now how your body merges the energy from the sun.
And it blends a perfect balance of energy throughout you.
Whatever it is you may need for today.
And notice how easy it was to calm your nervous system and boost your immune system.
Notice how easy it was to access a state of mind,
Yoga,
And matter.
How easy it was to practice a little self,
Love,
And attention.
And this practice has served you greatly today.
And I invite you to add this to your toolbox whenever you need it.
You have the resource to use.
So now as I count from 1 to 5,
You will awaken.
Taking all these energies and sensations with you.
And remain balanced,
Peaceful,
And calm today.
