How we start the day can set the tone for the whole rest of the day. Beginning the day in meditation can reduce anxiety & set us up for a wonderful day, all day. So let us begin this day - & every day - in mindfulness & with Gratitude.

Good morning,
My friend.
Today's meditation is a simple invitation to wake up,
Smile,
And say thank you first thing when you get up in the morning.
To begin,
I invite you to close your eyes.
Notice that with that simple act,
The simplest of acts of closing your eyes,
Your mind naturally gets quieter,
Your body relaxes,
Your whole overall being becomes more still.
In this stillness,
I invite you to adopt an attitude of gratitude and embrace a heart and mindset of peace and loving kindness.

When you first wake up in the morning,
I invite you to smile and say thank you.
Thank you for this day,
This new day.
Thank you.
Thank you for this breath.
Thank you for each breath.
Thank you for life.
Thank you for each day of life.

When you wake up in the morning,
Smile before you do anything else and say thank you.
