Welcome to this guided session to inspire you towards perfect health.
We shall focus on five key areas of health.
Your body,
Your mind,
Your relationships,
Your finances and your soul.
I encourage you to listen to this early in the morning or right before you go to bed.
This is when your subconscious mind is the most receptive towards changes.
Please listen with your phones to make the most out of this recording.
So begin by settling down into a comfortable posture of your choice.
If you're a beginner,
I recommend sitting up on a soft but firm cushion to support your spine.
Begin to deepen your inhalations and slow down your exhalations.
Whenever you feel ready,
You may close your eyes.
If your body requires any final movement,
Any adjustment,
Please go ahead and do that now.
Take a deep breath in,
The longest breath you have taken all day and let it go with an audible sigh.
And let it go with an audible sigh.
Give yourself permission to unwind and relax.
With every incoming breath,
Invite fresh energy into your body and with every outgoing breath,
Get even more relaxed,
Even more at rest.
There is no need to control your breathing.
Let your breath flow in and out naturally.
Breathing in,
Imagine a pool of light collecting over the top of your head,
Swirling.
Give it a color of your choice,
White,
Blue,
Green,
Anything that is soothing to your senses.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Imagine this light beginning to trickle down your body,
Imagine this light beginning to trickle down your body,
Flowing down like a gentle waterfall surrounding your whole body,
Soothing and comforting whatever it touches.
Watch it flow down your whole body,
Surrounding you in a healing haze of light.
As you rest in the healing power of your own awareness,
I shall read out some affirmations for perfect health.
Affirmations are a powerful tool for reprogramming your subconscious mind and creating the life of your dreams.
Feel free to just focus on your breathing or silently repeat the affirmation in your mind.
