Welcome back to another meditation with me.
My name is Gabriella,
And for today,
I just want to invite you into a nice morning meditation.
You might still be in bed,
Lying down,
Feeling cozy,
Or you may have gotten up already.
Either way,
I'd like you to gently close your eyes and settle in to wherever you are at.
Take a big inhale in,
Hold it at the top,
And on an exhale,
Slowly let it out.
Inhale back in,
Hold it at the top,
And this time,
Send your awareness into your belly as you fully release,
Pulling your belly button all the way down to your spine,
And then gently returning to your natural breath.
This is the beginning of your day,
So maybe bring to mind,
Gently,
An intention,
Something that naturally comes up,
No need to overthink,
Just let it come to you,
And once you have your intention,
Feel it in your heart center.
Feel the intention flow through your body,
And now that you've allowed it to wash through and over your body,
Let's begin some visualization for the day,
Visualizing how this intention is going to provide you some service,
How it will impact you,
How you're going to show up differently with this intention,
How the intention will be your guide.
Picture your highest self living with this intention,
So go on a little journey in your mind,
Explore and imagine.
Now I invite you to take a moment to notice how that visualizing made you feel inside,
What it was like to live your day with the pure intention.
Notice how it feels in your body,
In your energy,
And in your mind.
Gently remind yourself of this intention throughout the day,
To keep this feeling alive and flowing through you.
Gently bring your focus back to your breath.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And gently lift the corners of your mouth for a little smile,
And slowly begin to flicker your eyes open,
Waking up to the world in front of you.
Live out your intention fully today,
And I send you off with blessings and love.
