When you feel ready,

Gently close your eyes,

Set the intention to re-centre and be where your feet are.

Place your palms facing down to ground,

Flipped up to receive or maybe you'd like to place one hand on your heart and one over your belly to create a gentle circuit of energy.

Let go of any distractions or thoughts that might be clouding your mind and bring your awareness to this feeling of stillness,

Both within you and around you.

Feel into your body and notice how your energy radiates from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes and from your left hand all the way to the right.

Take a moment of gratitude for yourself and for prioritising yourself today.

You do so much for those around you and now it's your turn.

Now imagine that you are laying on the floor of the forest.

Notice how the earth rises up to cradle you and grounds you with each nourishing breath.

You feel as if you are laying on a bed of soft,

Spongy moss.

You look up and through the tree branches,

You watch as the stars twinkle whilst the full moon beams down,

Casting a silvery hue over everything it touches.

In the distance,

You hear laughter,

Singing and the sound of a fire crackling.

As you rise to your feet,

You notice a black cat standing next to you.

Its eyes sparkle like two jade crystals as you reach down to scratch its chin.

As it purrs loudly,

It meanders off into the forest,

Making its way towards the sounds.

You begin to follow it deep into the trees,

Passing by mushroom circles,

Owls and babbling streams.

Enchantment fills the air as the breeze kisses your skin.

You have no idea where you are being led to,

But you trust that you are being guided to somewhere magical.

Eventually,

The black cat stops outside a small stone cottage.

You notice that it has a thatched roof and an old wooden arched door with a broom propped up outside it.

As you get closer,

You notice the candle lights flicker in.

As you peer through the small leaded windows,

You feel in awe at the cabinets that are filled with herbs,

The shelves that are overflowing with books and the abundance of trinkets that are scattered around.

The smell of fresh bread and herbs wafts through the door towards you.

The black cat looks up at you one last time before running inside the cottage.

You follow it through the house and with each step,

The sound of laughter gets louder and louder.

At the back of the house,

You are greeted by a magical wildflower garden where three women are dancing around a bubbling cauldron that's hanging over a roaring fire.

Their hair flows in the wind as their cloaks sparkle under the moonlight.

Looking so carefree,

They twirl and twist around to the sound of the drum before one of the women catches your eye.

She smiles softly,

Gesturing for you to join them with arms open.

As you approach,

The two other women also reach out their arms and the three of them envelop you in the warmest hug you've ever felt.

You feel like you've been here before,

As though their embrace is a sacred remembering.

Each woman has her own unique energy.

One is full of joy and optimism,

Just like the first days of spring.

One is radiant and has an abundance of energy,

Like a warm summer's day.

And the third,

She's mystical and enchanting,

Just like the depths of winter.

As you look at each of them,

You notice how each woman embodies the essence of the Maiden,

The Mother and the Crone Goddess.

As you stand before them,

They thank you for joining them to celebrate Samhain and they ask how they can help you tonight.

The first woman steps forward in her dark green cloak,

Which is embroidered with the most beautiful,

Elaborate vines.

She gently takes both of your hands and introduces herself.

Blessings,

I am Bloodayuel,

The Maiden Goddess of Flowers,

Emotions and the Joy of Innocence.

I'm here to support you with honouring your desires,

Your vitality and your fertility.

Tell me,

Where are you ready to welcome more abundance and joy into your life?

You pause,

Taking a moment to connect with your own inner wisdom before answering.

Once you have finished sharing,

You thank Bloodayuel with a smile as the next Goddess steps forward.

Her silver cloak is embellished with a thousand glistening crystals and it sparkles just like starlight.

As she lowers her hood,

You feel instantly captivated by her warmth.

As she gazes up at you,

She introduces herself.

Blessings,

I am Arianrhod,

The Mother Goddess of Reincarnation and Karma.

I'm here to support you with revealing the hidden truths of your heart and your soul.

What desires have you been keeping hidden that are ready to come to light under this full moon?

After you've finished sharing your insights,

Arianrhod smiles gently at you before the last Goddess steps forward.

With her commanding presence,

She says confidently to you.

Blessings,

I am Kiridwen,

The Crone Goddess of Magic,

Transformation,

Wisdom and Inspiration.

I'm here to support you with embracing change instead of fearing it.

What have you been holding on to that it's time to release tonight?

After you speak your last words,

She takes your hands and guides you to the fire with the cauldron hanging over it.

Gazing deep into the flames,

Kiridwen declares,

This is a time of change,

As we surrender to the darkness and leave the light behind.

Sowing is your time to honour the spirit of the season.

As the veil thins,

Call on your ancestors to guide you and celebrate the turning of the wheel together.

As you stare deeply into the flames,

Reflecting on all that you have harvested this year and all that you are ready to surrender to,

Blodaiweth and Rhiannon walk over to join you.

As you all intertwine your hands with a wry smile and her youthful spirit,

Blodaiweth begins to dance once more around the cauldron,

Inviting you all to join her.

In this moment,

Your heart feels whole and your spirit feels free.

As you look at each of the ladies,

You realise that they are always here to guide you through each season with their wisdom,

Their knowledge and their love.

As the dancing draws to a close,

You notice that the black cat is waiting for you in the small stone doorway.

You give your thanks to the three goddesses as they enshroud you in a velvety black cloak before sending you back into the forest.

You wind your way back through the trees,

Past the streams and the animals,

Being guided by your familiar.

You feel so grateful to have spent this time connecting with yourself and the wisdom of the goddesses and you know that you can always return here whenever you need to.
