Transcript

For this meditation,

You can choose to stay seated or to lie down on the floor.

And you can place one hand on your heart and one hand on your womb space to create a loving circuit of energy.

Or you can place both hands palm down to ground your energy or alternatively you can flip them upwards towards the sky to receive.

And remember that these are simply invitations and never instructions.

Do what feels right for you today.

And when you feel ready,

You can close your eyes and take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose,

Holding at the top and releasing through your mouth.

And repeating again once more.

Allow any tension that you've been holding on to,

To simply melt away as you surrender into this present moment.

Feel as your whole body relaxes all the way from the tips of your toes up through your calves to your thighs,

Your pelvis,

Your torso,

Your chest,

And finally up through your neck.

Feeling your jaw relax,

Releasing any tension in the face.

And finally,

Feeling your head relax.

You don't need to be anywhere else right now.

So if any thoughts drift into your mind,

Allow them to drift right back out like clouds across the sky.

Now,

Imagine that you are walking through a beautiful meadow on a sunny summer's day.

The sky is vibrant blue with not a cloud in sight.

You can feel the sun beaming down on your skin as you feel the wind blow through your hair.

Take a moment to feel the lush green grass beneath your bare feet and soak in the sensation of it grounding you closer to Mother Earth with each and every step.

As you look up,

You can see birds soaring overhead,

Looking so carefree.

And in this moment,

You feel so connected to yourself,

To the universe,

And to the abundance of nature that surrounds you.

As you keep walking through this meadow,

In the distance you see a small stream with a wooden bridge over it and flowers growing along the riverbank.

You start walking towards it and as you get closer,

You can hear the babbling sound of the stream getting louder and louder.

You pause for a moment to feel truly present and to appreciate this picturesque scene.

As you get closer to the stream,

You start to make out the figures of three women sitting in a circle on the riverbank with their backs to you.

Their heads are joyfully tilted back and their faces are lifted towards the sun,

Basking in the glowing rays as their carefree laughter echoes in the distance.

You start to approach them and one of the women turns around instinctively.

She smiles at you and she gestures for you to sit next to her.

And as you take a seat,

You realize that you've met her and the other women before.

When you look into her eyes,

You feel a sense of calm and familiarity.

Without even saying a word,

She reaches out to join hands with you in the circle.

And you immediately feel the healing energy of her and the women you are with.

You pause for a moment to ask her why you were called to join her today.

What does she say to you?

As you watch the water flowing effortlessly down the stream,

You say to her,

What do I need to hear the most right now?

And she answers,

What does she reply?

Once she's finished,

She asks if you can remember a time when you showed up as your most authentic,

Unapologetic self and you were truly celebrated for it.

As you recall this memory,

Take a moment to bask in that feeling of self-love,

Worthiness and self-acceptance.

Notice as this feeling spreads throughout every cell within your body.

Once you've finished doing this,

The woman whispers to you,

It's time to stop hiding yourself from the world.

It's time to show the world who you really are.

As you smile back at her,

Ask what advice she has for you about embracing your inner strength,

And sharing your authentic voice with the world.

Once she's finished,

You thank her for her wisdom as you look over towards the other women in the circle.

You smile at the next woman and ask,

What can you share with me about my healing today?

What am I holding on to that is no longer serving me?

And as she finishes speaking,

You look to the third woman who smiles patiently at you.

As you look into her sparkling eyes,

You ask her,

What can I do today to honour the other women in my life and to show my gratitude for everything that they've done for me?

As the conversation comes to a natural close,

Take a moment to thank these women for sharing their wisdom with you,

And feel their hands lovingly squeezing yours with reassurance and love.

As you rise from the circle and turn to walk back into the grassy meadow,

You look back to give them one last smile.

And as you journey back along the lush grass path,

You watch the sunset across a dreamy pastel sky in the distance.

With an overflowing feeling of love in your heart,

You know that you can always return to the riverbank to ask these women for their wisdom whenever you like.

And when you feel ready,

Take a few deep cleansing and nourishing breaths to recover from your journey.

Begin to move your fingers and toes and re-immerse yourself in your surroundings.

And once you feel fully prepared,

You can open your eyes.
