In this session,
We'll be focusing on embracing change.
Knowing that life is full of transitions,
Some that are planned,
Some that are unexpected,
And navigating them with grace can lead to growth,
Peace,
And new possibilities.
Let's get settled in here by finding a comfortable way of being.
Begin to relax your body.
You might consider closing your eyes,
Or maybe just softening your gaze.
And taking a deep breath,
Inhaling through the nose,
And exhaling through the mouth.
And finding your own natural rhythm here.
As you settle in and drop into your internal world,
Allow your mind to soften.
Give yourself permission to be fully present right here,
Right now.
And bringing your awareness now to your body.
And gently scanning your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
And noticing any areas of tension or tightness.
And on your next exhale,
Allow those places to soften and release.
You can feel the weight of the body supported by the surface beneath you,
By the floor,
Or your chair,
By the earth.
Allow yourself to let go of any need to hold on,
And surrender into this moment.
Shift your awareness now to your feet.
Allow them to relax.
Letting go of any tension in your legs,
Or your feet,
Or your body.
Soften your hips,
Abdomen,
Chest.
Relax your shoulders,
Arms,
And hands.
And finally,
Releasing any tightness in your neck,
Your jaw,
Face.
Feeling your entire body at ease,
Resting peacefully in this moment.
Gently bring your awareness now to your breath.
Noticing the natural rise and fall of your chest.
And allow your breath to be your anchor,
And guiding you back into the present moment.
You might notice that your mind will wander during the session.
And so I invite you to use your breath to bring you back to your body,
Back to your awareness.
And feeling that as you breathe,
You're bringing in new,
Fresh energy.
As you exhale,
You're releasing anything that no longer serves you.
And let your breath become a symbol of the flow of life.
Always moving,
Always changing.
I invite you now to visualize a river.
The river represents the flow of your life,
Constantly moving and shifting.
Sometimes the waters are calm and serene,
Other times they rush with intensity.
But no matter what,
The river always flows forward.
Picture yourself standing at the edge of this river.
Take a moment to observe it,
To feel its energy.
Know that,
Like the river,
Is in a constant state of flow.
Change is a natural and inevitable part of this flow.
Take a deep breath.
Imagine stepping into the river.
Feel the cool water around your feet.
This is your willingness to embrace change.
As you stand in the river,
Allow yourself to feel supported by the water,
Knowing that it will carry you forward.
I invite you to repeat these affirmations to yourself,
Either aloud or silently.
Let them sink in,
Allowing each one to resonate with your heart.
I trust the flow of life and embrace the changes it brings.
I am open to new possibilities and opportunities.
I release resistance and welcome transformation.
I have the strength to navigate change with grace and ease.
Change is a natural part of life,
And I trust that it will lead me to growth.
Let's repeat those one more time to let it really sink in to our bones,
Our body.
I trust the flow of life and embrace the changes it brings.
I am open to new possibilities and opportunities.
I release resistance and welcome transformation.
I have the strength to navigate change with grace and ease.

Trusting that it will ultimately lead you to where you need to be.

Remember that your breath is always available to anchor you in the present moment,
Especially during times of change.
When you're out in the world,
Facing moments of uncertainty,
Of transition,
Know that you can always return to this breath,
This breath of freedom.

This simple act of conscious breathing connects you to the foundation of trust and strength that you've built right here.
To allow your breath to remind you that you are capable with grace,
With resilience.
I invite you now to slowly bring your awareness back to the space around you.

Maybe wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Gently reawakening your body.
And when you're ready,

Take a moment to notice how you feel.
